Los Santos & Las Venturas?

You don't need any more cities than San Fierro and its surroundings. 

I would like to play in LV once.

I think Los Santos is pretty enough, even with high playerbase. One and crowded location is better than empty streets all around San Andreas.

LV can perhaps eventually house a few good resorts/casinos where players can RP relaxing out and gambling their earnings away?

Just a thought for the future.

Wouldn’t like the zone getting to spread apart. Keep it SF no matter the player base 

Needs to be San Fierro, with odd usage of the county.

I think San Fierro and its surroundings offer enough roleplay possibilities to the point where opening Las Venturas and Los Santos would have no benefits. Putting properties in LS and LV would spread the playerbase and make all cities equally look empty.

Perhaps the bridges leading to LV and LS should be closed or destroyed so people can't ICly access the unused cities, with an IC justification added to the server lore (like a disaster), as opposed to just pretending the cities are empty.

This is unnecessary. Worry more about right now than the future.

Just for the sake of realism we should just assume that LS and LV are at a long distance from SF and RP that appropriately, or ideally never go there. If we RP going there, we should assume the road trip would take a few hours, and only do that for NPC RP, for example visiting somebody. That would be better than assuming empty cities. 

Some cheap housing in the rural areas on the outskirts of SF would be nice.

I’d rather stay away from LS since thats where the large majority of us came from since that’ll feel boring. SF will bring a new vibe to this server which is a big selling point for the server. And I hope the server expands into areas that haven’t been explored by other RP servers, possibly even have the server create it’s own small town or something along those lines.
