(( I have a fairly decent amount of experience within Government. I have been in this type of faction on many other SA:MP servers and personally enjoy them because it brings a lot of unique roleplay to the server, because you get to make your own roleplay. I have a large understanding of what this faction does and what I will be doing. Being in many types of these factions, I have a decent amount of leadership experience aswell. ))

Why do you want to work for the San Andreas Department of Roads and what skills do you have that would benefit our department? ((100 word minimum)): Los Santos is very different from San Fierro. This being one of my few weeks within the city, I have gained a large amount of motivation to help clean up the city. At the age of about 20, I started to gain motivation to help make the world a cleaner place. It was at about age 23 I got my first job as a cement worker where I fixed up the roads etc. I really enjoyed it a lot and that is what got my career started in Los Santos as a Roadside Technician, later moving up in the ranks. As stated above, I am new to the city and have noticed how much this city needs cleaning up. As I drive down the road I see roads with large potholes, trees that are tipping causing a threat to the public. I originally came to San Fierro to be a volunteer firefighter, but I feel I am put here for a reason and that is to help the city out. With my previous experience, I am very dedicated to this. I want to put my experience to use here and be able to get accepted in this job so I can work with other employees as a team to get things done. I can bring several skills to the department ranging from skill to professionalism. I am a very motivated/dedicated person. If I am asked to do something, I will make sure I put time into it and do not rush it. I am good with working in a team. I feel that is one of the most important things you need to know how to do because if you can work in a team, you can get the job done faster and better without as many mistakes. A goal I have set if I get accepted into this department is become something bigger. I think if I put in work and dedication, I will see myself moving up the ranks assisting the department itself. To me, it is important to make sure that civilians in the city feel they are safe when driving on the roads, whether it is because if the way people drive or the damage to the roads. I want to be able to prevent bad things like that from happening by coming up with different plans. I would consider myself an experienced person with machines that are often used for roadwork. I got the experience when I was about 20, I use to go work with my dad and I got to operate the machines, so I can use that experience to advantage.
