If so, why?
I've had to ring the police on one occasion, there was a massive teenage street fight on my street, I was having quite a bit of fun watching it until someone shouted "knife", at which point I decided to dial triple nine.

Back in 2013, an accident happened just in front of me, a kid got rammed by a truck, I had to call the EMS, unfortunately the kid died directly after the ram :'(
A decent fire broke out in a local forest in July this year and it almost reached the houses in my street. A neighbour called the firefighters and the dispatch replied that all of them were busy and that we had to deal with the fire ourselves. By the time, all of us were already out fighting the fire, including 10 y/o children, but we couldn't manage to do it all alone. Then we literally spammed the shit out of them so they arrived 40-45 mins later and extinguished it.
never
No, and hopefully I never need to.
Now in my job-line I wouldn't necessarily call them, we have radios linked directly to them, but basically I've called them multiple times to incidents we've seen, part of the job unfortunately.
I've never had to contact them but I have given a witness statement to the Humberside Police as a person I knew had smashed a person's car window from accross the road, was quite interesting to be honest and it got me more interested in Policing in general (even though I already had a lot of interest).

Woke up a few months back early in the morning and got ready for work. I stepped outside my bedroom and the house was freezing. I got to the top of the staircase and the door had been kicked in and all my stuff had been taken. I checked my phone and i had fraud prevention texts from all my accounts as all my cards had been frozen. They had used contactless to rinse all my accounts at petrol stations. It was not a good day.

We have to call them :( Sometimes they'll email us instead which is a nice change. Maybe someday we can actually use MACH chat.
Generally for overnight shift, most of it is either them calling us to report damage to the DOT's facilities or us calling them to get updates on rural crashes. Sometimes it's much more, though, like if a semi rolls over on the interstate then we have a buck more shit (coordination) that we have to do. Earlier this week though we watched a robbery suspect slip a cop on the interstate and get off so I called their dispatch to update them. That does not happen often at all. Lol
Outside of work, I've reported a few possible tired/intoxicated drivers, but that's about it.
When I was young, got a spanking and ran and dialed 9-1-1 claiming it to be abuse. Don't ask why.

I always wanted to do this as a kid but never had the balls.
Anyway, when I was younger (about 9) my dad almost died because his throat and face swelled up for an unknown reason. Doctors and such couldn't figure it out and only assumed it was something he was allergic to. Technically I dialed but my mom took the phone. So I guess that counts?
All the time, I work in the Security sector, so I see a lot of crap. Especially viewing CCTV on Friday nights.
A tree fell onto some power lines and trapped a couple in their car while it was raining. :(

Same.
I've had the emergency services called for me but I've never had to call them, thankfully. Wanna call them whenever it's late and I hear a noise tho lool
Many times. You don't know any times you'll find some drunkard passed out infront of the barber shop.
Many times, for me and others.
I had my house broken into over the summer, I came home after a night out with a girl and I saw this Corolla parked on the side of my house. My sister was stopping by with her friends to feed our dogs as my mom was out of town, and so I just thought it was either one of her friends or a neighbors. Didn't really think it was odd for some reason, anywho - I walked inside and saw that the office above our garage's light was on since it has a door connected to the garage. I called my sister after walking into our living room and seeing no one was there to yell at her for it since my mom doesn't like anyone non-family in her office and we'd both get in trouble for it if she found out. She then proceeded to tell me that her, nor her friends went into the office, so she just said fuck it, turn it off. I went to open the door to the office and noticed that the lights immediately turned off upon twisting the handle. While, still on the line with her, I told her to stop fucking around and was laughing, clearly thinking it was a joke on her behalf. At that point I could tell she wasn't lying since loud music was in her background and my house was silent. I checked the back-door, locked obviously. I heard someone walking upstairs while standing at the garage-doorway and then heard the footsteps it stop at the top of the stairs. I took a singular step forwards and heard someone bolt down the stairs for our front door, he for some reason couldn't get it open (dumbass forgot to flip the deadbolt) and ran into the kitchen. He then ran out of the garage, past me, while covering his face with his hoodie yelling "I'm sorry I'm sorry" and I chased him out of the garage, to his car, and down the road... then dialed 911 after hanging up on my sister. Pretty funny story to be honest, he turned out to be a kid that was with my sister and her friends while coming home to feed our dogs, then said he was going home, and came back with his own car. Long story short, we were summoned to court and he went to jail for violating probation.
