No. He just told you that there's no ETA on an upcoming opening. Donators don't get privileges such as these. There'll be an announcement sooner or later. Nobody knows.

Donators do get the privilege of getting into the closed betas, before non-donators.

All cool though, they totally deserve having this kind of privilege.
Donators and helpers will get the privilege to get into the closed betas. There is no ETA for open beta testing.
Open beta after every 5-10 updates. That way any new updates can be fully tested by anyone therefore any bugs can be found easier.
