[REL] Stooda's ENB #7 [Low End]

Hey it's the low end god. I tried the Enb out, and all I have to say is it's A1 steak sauce.

gpu quit, new one should be here next week, im close to finishing my high enb so probably next weekend will be a high enb release. got another low one made already (best one ive made yet) but not sure if im ready to release it yet.

I have a high end computer but this enb is so fucking amazing. SAVED my life.
Did you change something with your enb because I had to reinstall GTA SA and do everything over again but the enb looks a lot darker than before?

ive had this problem before but not with this enb. its most likely because you have two skybox mods and they're interferring with each other. also it could be your timecyc.
the enb is good but it just fucks up the chat comparing to it to the original chat
if anyone knows how to fix it hmu
