It's not bad, I personally don't think. I like the aesthetic movement of the beat. It's something I'd dance slow in the mirror to. I think his hair's cool too but maybe that's just me being interested in different/crazy things by heart.

They're called dreadlocks, it's a common hairstyle among younger guys who listen to rap and such. (Post Malone, Gucci Mane, Lil Uzi Vert, so on.)
