If the player owning it is to get permanently banned, in which you loose your properties, this would bring quite some roleplay as well, maybe introducing on-forum auctions for the garage, or live auctions, and make it such as you can not see what's inside of it.. Which vehicles. So when you're buying it, it's basically blind and you can get lucky, or you can extremely overpay and cry. If this is what you meant, than I like you :)
