In stage 2 of the application, it's not stated that "question 2" must be at least 255 characters. When I submitted my application, that came out as an error and my whole application was deleted.

Mine worked fine. I filled up the app with no problems like...2 hours ago.
I mean, if you didn't write at least 255 characters in question 2 then you were gonna get denied anyways tbh.
My point is, applications should be saved, not deleted.
A planned feature of an upcoming version will store the answers before validating them.
This inst a bug of the current version though, I recommend storing all your answers in a text file or something before submitting!
