"Can't use animations" bug

Description: After executing one animation (/piss for example) and pressing Enter to stop the animation, I am unable to run another animation because the server is preventing me from doing it for some reason by showing me a notification that I can't run any animations. It takes 10-15 seconds for the warning notification to go away.

Yes. It wasn't only limited to that animation though. @Neaksy was going through other animation commands and he faced the same issue too.

Use /SA or /stopanim and it will be fine.
