Yeah, honestly seems like the majority of the people disagreeing are just the type of people who aren't satisfied with LS-RP and want to import the exact types of factions they would've done on that server right here on BA-RP, completely ignoring the different environment. If you want to RP Bloods, Crips etc to post DM videos on YouTube you're on the wrong server. Los Santos has all the Hispanic and black neighborhoods you need for that type of roleplay. San Fierro isn't LA, it's not supposed to be, it has few areas for those factions and you just have to find something else to do.

So I made a little research thing around the South West side of SF and the only two areas where I think would be purfect are Ocean Flats, and this little hill block place just by Ocean Flats.
It ain't changing, deal with it. It's up to the gangs themselves. If the PD doesn't want them, they deal with it. You can't tell people where to roleplay and where not to roleplay.

For real, it may be an IC issue that gang crime is increasing in certain areas, campaign against gang crime or join the gov and do something.
