History

BLACK P STONES & BLOODS
The Black P Stone Nation was originally formed in Chicago, Illinois, which at the time as known as "The Blackstone Rangers" or "El Rukn". It is one of the very few  Los Angeles gangs that has historical roots in other cities. In the early 1960s, The Blackstone Rangers was established on Chicago's Southside under the rule of Eugene Hairston and Jeff Fort. After Fort's release from prison in 1976, the Blackstone Rangers changed their name to El Rukn.

In 1969, a young T. Rodgers formed the Black P Stones in Los Angeles with the approval of the 21 founders of the Black P Stone Nation. At first, it was a community based that operated in the West Adams area of Los Angeles near Crenshaw Boulevard. The Black P Stone consists of two discrete neighborhoods; The City in the West Adams area and the Jungle Stones. The original Black P Stone gang in Los Angeles is The City Stones. Initially, The City Stones were known as the 21st Street Black P Stones, at a time where there no cliques and the gang was just operating on 21st Street. In the 1990s, cliques formed new identities under the City Stone division. The Jungles, legally known as Baldwin Hills, used to be known as a haven for Black middle class residents during the late 1950s and throughout the 1960s. The Jungle Stones, for most of their existence, had no cliques and everyone from that division was known as Jungle Stones, or JS.

ISLAM
Many Chicago black gangs' names are rooted with a religious or spiritual identity. The Black Stone is a reference is a reference to the Muslim roots that the early founders of the Blackstone Rangers had; The Kaaba stone or The Black Stone is a muslim relic found in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. The Kaaba is in the center of the Grand Mosque in Mecca, the direction in which Muslims pray to.

Times when Islam interacted with the Black P Stone Nation:
• While Jeff Fort was incarcerated, he converted to Islam and went under the name "Prince Malik".
• In 1986, Jeff Fort plotted to work for Muammar Gaddafi, former Prime Minister of Libya, to help carry out terrorist attacks against the United States, although at the time there was travel ban placed on Libya, Jeff traveled there to offer his service.
• After the September 11 Attacks, the Black P Stone Nation was classified as a threat to homeland security due to their Islamic affiliations.

BLACK GATE MOB
It was in 1994, when B. Simmons, originally a member of The City Stones,  founded Black Gate City in downtown Bay Area; Simmons created the group alongside W. Brandons, Simmon's cousin and a member from The Jungles. At the time of it's creation, the gang was originally named the Black Gate Mob because the gang was a combination of Jungle Stone and City Stone members and operated more as a mafia.

In May of 1997, an unidentified member from Black Gate Mob, who identified as a Jungle Stone ended up killing a fellow member, although identified as a City Stone, over an altercation in regards to one's owed money; At the time there wasn't as many members that identified as Jungle Stones and it was rare in itself for other members of Black Gate to be killing one another. Thus, interactions with Jungle Stone and City Stones member of Black Gate Mob heated up and the two became more divided. In June of 1997, a a young member, J. Russel,  who identified as a Jungle Stone from Black Gate Mob ended up killing T. Wright over a fight that occured as a result of J Russel having intercourse with Wright's girlfriend; a day after the fight had occured, Russel pulled up on Wright and ended up killing him. This set off a war within Black Gate Mob, Jungle Stones against City Stones.

a black criminal.

Logic ·

I'll probably roleplay a very underground criminal. One of which that isn't really recognized as a criminal, due to a legal cover-up. I need to think of how exactly that 's going to happen, but I'm sure it'll be good.
