What would you like to see in GOV?
Started by Jack,
Community engagement with a clear presence in-game. I would also like to see close communication between GOV and server development as some ideas that get thrown in the direction of GOV are amazing and quite often those ideas will need an advocate to promote the idea itself.
- High ranks being active in-game instead of having to wait days or weeks for an interview or something. This is a must for the first 3 months of your faction existence, it's to establish the faction with trust-worthy members who you can leave your tasks to later on. This doesn't mean you should give up on the faction though, you must keep it active on a consistent basis in order not to kill the faction.
- Please try harder keeping your members within the faction instead of having them to resign after 2 weeks or so. Make some events within the faction so the members would socialize or something. Some legit activities that don't involve bus/tram driving or typing long /mes without any in-game action. It gets extremely boring after 3 days of doing it. It's up to you to improvise. Paychecks are an easy bait too.
- More government involvement within the SF community. Constant IC events, having the citizens to think positive about the government, pretty much anything that would make the citizens feel as the government employees are one of them and not some elitists they can't reach to.
Laos is the new faction leader. It's been fun, but I'm leaving. Ta ta.
