Benjamin Touma had it rough growing up. He didn't have much but he always found a way to get what he wanted,
If he couldn't afford it, he could steal it. Benjamin grew up with that mentality. Benjamin's middle eastern friends always called him Las because he always stole stuff, Las stands for thief in arabic. He got away with most of the stuff he stole but he wasn't always successful. Touma had just gotten a job at some local grocery store and was gonna get his life back in check, he was heading home after a long day. Benjamin was heading back home and passed by a car that had the passenger door open, the owner had left the keys in the ignition. The car was right outside a store, it looked like the owner of the car had left the keys inside to quickly go inside the store and get something. Benjamin took the car and took off, he was unfortunately caught by the CCTV cameras that was right outside the store, it had Benjamin's face on it all clear. Touma was tracked down and arrested the day after, he was arrested on two charges, Grand Theft Auto and driving without a valid drivers license. He got sentenced to a year and a half in jail. Benjamin didn't really fit in with anybody in jail from the beginning due to his Iraqi roots. He found a way to survive though, he tattoo'ed other inmates. Touma wasn't the best tattoo artist out there, but he was good enough for jail. He made a little money inside and friends. Benjamin's days in jail was coming to an end and he finally got released. He packed his bags and got out. On the outside he was gonna do what he does best, steal.
