The hype around the server got it to 180 for the 20 minute beta. It's hard to tell but after the first week of the server, that's really the real peak IMO.

You kind of want a sense of who's in the community and you want to know people individually, so I'm hoping it's below 150 when it's stable.

My guesstimate is 200-250 at peak, dropping to 90-150 at non-peak. San Fierro is the smallest city and everyone is new here so people wont be as spread out so even like 90 people online and the server will steel feel alive.
Judging by everything that I've seen so far, I'd say 300 players at peak in the beginning.
The first beta opening filled up with 180 players in under two minutes, I'm guess the peak of the official opening will be great.
Well seeing that I couldn't get in during the beta and I joined around 30-45 seconds right after it was first announced it was open. Peak will be probably really close to 300, probably grow even higher but that all depends. SF isn't that big and like one of our admins said even 90 people will feel pretty good.
There's a total of 1132 members and 382 members were online in the past 24 hours. (from forum statistics)
So, I'm guessing atleast 300 - 475 at peak and 150 - 250 at non-peak and yeah as Rehasher said, Fierro is small so it will look alive even when there are like 100 players and 100 players is a decent number of people.
I really have high hopes in this server. I like the effort that is being put by all of the members, developers and administrators.
