Kenneth Malignaggi, born 31st July 1978, was born and raised in Garcia, San Fierro to Italian-American parents originally from Brooklyn, New York. The move out of New York was consequent of Kenneth's father's opportunity to start his own trauma cleaning business, specialising in crime scene cleaning, an industry which Kenneth's father had been in for the majority of his professional life. Kenneth went through school alongside his childhood best friend, Peter Briglia. Kenneth had a natural affinity for science based on his father's career and he excelled within all science classes. His other passion was athletics, soaring as a two-sport athlete in football (playing mainly as a Defensive End, however capable of play Running Back, Tight End and Outside Linebacker) and boxing. Ranked as a four star recruit, Malignaggi received multiple full-ride sports scholarship offers from Division 1 colleges, however at the end of high school, Malignaggi instead opted to move to New York in order to train and become an official trauma cleaner with the National Crime Scene Cleanup Association.
Following the completion of Malignaggi's training in New York, he then moved back to San Fierro and began his career path within his father's company, progressing quickly to the role of Chief Operating Officer. Malignaggi also quickly reconnected with Briglia and his circle of friends, working closely alongside them and affectionately known as 'The Cleaner' by them. In the summer of 2017, Malignaggi's father decided to retire from the company, which was then passed on to Kenneth, assuming the role of Chief Executive Officer of Magic Trauma Cleaning. Now known as a prolific local entrepreneur with a broad vision, Malignaggi looked to renovate and overhaul the company, including moving the company's area of operation to a vacant warehouse on the outskirts of Garcia, where they now offer a training facility to aspiring trauma cleaners, whilst also outsourcing their services to the city of San Fierro and private clients.
