He's got no problem it's logic and facts.  If assuming the serv has 300 people on, the odds are there will be much more males than females. Chances are there will be even less in prison. Which would basically suck to be alone. I've seen it on LS RP myself. You'd rarely see 1-2 girls on at the same time in SCAF on ls rp besides guards, so how's creating a whole cellblock for 1 person worth it? Especially when you got them low odds of more than 3 girls being in prison at the same time.
