Made @josef 's bridge symmetrical on both sides. Changed the text color from pure white to slightly gray. Increased the empty space above and under the text for more readability. Made the empty space between the buildings more even. Moved the text to the left side. Maybe we could put the server IP somewhere too? Overall I think I'm done with this little rework attempt. Obviously though, such a concept would look even more awesome with vectors instead of pixels. It's not a logo by any means, no, but I can see it working well on a web page, like a template on the very top.
It's way too drab. The white and sickly green give off a hospital room vibe. There's nothing that stands out. You can have something simple, but then again not so simple that it looks like a the header for a 1997 website. Just my two cents.

Remake, but giving more options (Could change if necessary)
This one is simple and inviting, and the style is way more modern. You would get bored of the first one in a couple of months and end up replacing it.
Anyways just added the green and changed up the text a bit, I don't think I'll beat David's though.
I personally REALLY like this one. I'd suggest taking "BAY AREA" and adding a white layer over it and just lowering the opacity to about 70% so it seems the bridge is barely visible but it's still there.
Looks really nice. I'd personally go for a different font with the "ROLEPLAY" text for some comparison/difference like David's, would be pretty much perfect then.
If you used Adobe Illustrator, the best way to do this would probably be to use the pathfinder tool and separate the parts, then delete the segments of the letter in the ‘B’ to allow the role play text to come through
