Whitney is a white female who stands about 5 foot and 8 inches in height. Also, Whitney has short brown hair and has a friendly and open posture. She is originally from the state of Los Angeles hence she has a slight tan from being in the constant hot weather! Whitney also has a few light wrinkles on her forehead and cheeks as a result of always being in the sun and being at the age of 24. She's a positively spirited person who has nothing but good intentions when it comes to interacting with others as she wishes nothing but the best for everyone provided that they're a nice person too. Lastly, Whitney is an accepting person who will accept anyone regardless of their race, religion, culture or sexuality etc.
Story
Whitney was born in the legendary city of Los Angeles. She was into a mildly privileged family that lived in a semi detached four bedroom house. Growing up, Whitney lived with her one brother called Alex as well as her two parents; Gavin and Henrietta. Whitney and her brother had always been similar in the sense that they both maintained a passion for helping and serving the people of the country. Whitney and Alex both wanted to become police officers so they could serve the people of the state more often. Whitney attended school and in her finals she did exams in psychology, math and history. She took these subjects because she enjoyed them and also they were all indirectly related to the police department. At the age of sixteen, Whitney was able to leave her school early as she was a consistent outstanding achiever. She applied for a university in San Fierro to study law as it had the best pass rates within the whole of America. Her brother, Alex ever so nicely moved to San Fierro so that Whitney wouldn't be alone whilst studying so far away from her hometown. Whitney inevitably passed her college degree in law and psychology and returned home after three and a half years of absence. When the pair (Alex and Whitney) got home they told their parents how good of a city San Fierro was and after a long discussion with their parents they decided it would be best to go back and make a living there and serve the PD. Presently, the duo have flew back to San Fierro and are currently looking for a place to stay. After this they plan on joining the police department to help server the state of San Fierro.
