Javaughn_Reid

Javaughn Reid was born on April 30, 1999 to Mary Reid. Never knowing his father ,Javaughn was a bit of a "Mommies Boy" when he was young. His mother had three brothers who all played basketball, and she figured that since it made them happy, it may help her Son. Mary introduced Javaughn to basketball when he was four years old, and he fell in love with the game. Javaughn played in every league he could, and sometimes played in more than one at a time. Not having a father figure ,Javaughn really looked up to his AAU coach, Terry Smith.
Mary Reid had moved to Red Country from San Fierro , and had no family to support her, so she did what she could to get by. Javaughn grew up watching his mother struggle to put food on the table and keep the bills paid. He knew that times were hard, and it would be a long time before he'd ever be in the NBA. However, the disconnect notice had just come in the mail, and he knew his mom needed the money right then. 18 year old Javaughn threw his hoody on, grabbed his bike, and stepped out the door, ready to do whatever he needed to do to help his mom.
