The child of Theresa Kingsley and Matthew Kingsley. Frank Kingsley was a small gray-eyed chubby little baby. His mother used to tell him how much she would stay up at night to just look at Frank sleeping peacefully, knowing that it's her son and he will become a great man one day. Born in Rainham, England, 1984. He wasn't much of a rascal when being a small toddler and running around. He was just a regular baby, doing regular baby stuff. Nothing about him stood out until he became a school student. Frank turned 5 years old. That would mean for him to start primary school. On the first day of entering the school, he was enthusiastic and ready to learn and reach out and grab the world by his palm. A few year passed in school, becoming more aware of the world with each year. As before mentioned, he was a chubby little baby and he remained chubby until he was around 12 years old. It was at that point the kids started to bully him for being fat and obese, calling him different nicknames and so on. Frank went home each day, studied, played with his cat and went to sleep while sobbing quietly. A year passed from the bullying and he grew sick of the constant bullying so he did something that no one would have imagined that Frank would do since he was a quite shy and quiet kid. He took a chair from the classroom and smashed it against the bully's body and then when the bully fell, he kept hitting him, feeling the adrenaline and revenge flowing through his blood. His classmates around him kept yelling that Frank needs to stop and eventually he did. Luckily he didn't cause any massive damage to the bully and the bully just ran out of the classroom crying with a few bruises. That moment changed him and he understood that if he wanted to survive, he would have to start standing up to himself, so he started working out and by the time he was 16, he was already a slim teenager with a few muscle definitions. That was the age where girls came into the plan, but the problem was that Frank didn't know how to talk to girls nor does he know how to speak to them even today. He had attempted to get a few girls attention but without any success, so he pushed away from the girls for now and continued focusing on his school and career. Finishing primary school and high school, it was the time for Frank to choose what he wanted to do in the future? What was the thing that would he wish to pursue as a career in?

After careful considering, he would start studying for the master of Criminal Justice, knowing that he doesn't tolerate any kind of hatred and negativity nor lawbreaking. After a year and a half, Frank would finally finish his studies and achieved a masters degree in Criminal Justice. Now was the time for Frank to move on with his life and he kept feeling a bit down when he would walk around home and England overall, which would mean that he wanted to move away from England somewhere else such as-... San Andreas.

His flight had arrived-.. stepping out and feeling the fresh air of Las Venturas desert. He would walk up to the sidewalk and raise his hand up, notifying a cab to stop for him.
Since he did not know anything about San Andreas, so he ordered the taxi driver to take him to a motel nearby, the cab driver nodded and started to drive.

As they were driving, Frank would glare out of the window, admiring the scenery and looking at all of the flashing lights passing by him. After a half an hour of driving, they arrived at the Jefferson Motel in Los Santos. Frank paid the cab driver, grabbed his suitcase and stepped inside the building. He would have been greeted with a nice smile from the clerk and a rather foul stench as there was a hobo sitting on the couch, most likely drunk. Despite the gross environment, he didn't let that affect him and he went up to the clerk, ordering his room and getting the key. Continuing down the hallway he noticed all of the scratched wallpaper, broken furniture and empty bottles. He arrived at his room, unlocking it and stepping inside.

What greeted him was a two-person bed, a cathode-ray television, bathroom and a kitchen. Frank laid his stuff down on the ground next to him and fell asleep on the bed, waking up the very next day early in the morning. He didn't realize what to do, so he went out for a walk, when suddenly while passing through an alleyway, two muggers came up to him and attempted to mug Frank. Frank had never been mugged before, so he was frightened and gave his stuff as fast as he could, handing away his mobile phone and his wallet. The muggers thought that it's not enough and the punched Frank right in the nose, which would lead Frank to plummet on the ground, knocking him out.

Waking up a few hours later as a bypasser noticed Frank on the ground. The person was a beautiful girl. Frank was slowly opening his eyes and looking at the girl, he even rubbed his eyes with his fists, not believing what he saw. He stood up with the help of the girl. Let's not forget that Frank had very bad previous experience with talking to girls, so he did not know how to thank nor ask the girl out for a coffee. After stuttering for a while and seeing that the girl was chuckling positively, he managed to ask the girl out for a drink at the local Ten Green Bottles bar at Ganton. Frank was still feeling slightly dizzy from the fall and knock-out, but they started to talk and get a drink after that at the bar. Two hours passed and they were both slightly intoxicated, which would result in them calling two cabs, the girl's name would end up being Elizabeth. Frank hopped into one of the taxi's and Elizabeth in the other and they both headed home. Frank managed to get the girl's number, but he didn't have a phone, so he had to buy a new one.

As a few weeks passed, Frank managed to slowly settle into Los Santos. He had moved out from the Jefferson Motel, got himself a low-paying job and a cheap apartment in Downtown Los Santos. He had grown his relationship with Elizabeth by a margin, as they would be close friends and occasionally go out partying and having a drink or going to the cinema. Frank had never felt happier and he would jokingly say that he was glad that he was mugged, cause that meant that he would meet Elizabeth and have a friend in this big town of Los Santos.

Having two years pass, Frank would have successfully managed to get himself into a serious relationship with Elizabeth and having a few friends here and there. He quit his old low-paying job and started to work as a district attorney for the Judicial Department of Los Santos. It was a well-paying job with multiple benefits to it. He couldn't have imagined himself being so happy while being so far away from his home. Frank did miss his parents and decided to take Elizabeth and travel back to England. Upon arrival, Frank received a phone call from an unknown number. He picked up and there was an old man speaking, he would mention that Frank's parents would have been shot down when leaving the 24/7 in Rainham. The killer is still unknown but it is suspected to be the same bully from Frank's primary school, who didn't manage to end up as successful as Frank and continued his route down the illegal way, robbing people and selling illegal products on the street. Frank's parents would have signed a will and testament to Frank's name, as he was their only child. Frank would inherit their house, all of their savings and a large land section in San Fierro. Frank shattered down into tears right there at the airport next to Elizabeth. They hopped into the cab and drove to Rainham. Upon arrival Frank would already feel himself missing his parents and walking slowly into the house, feeling the emptiness inside and sitting down on the couch in the living room. They would spend the night there with Elizabeth and the next day attend the funeral.

It was an emotional moment. Frank hadn't felt so broken in years, he could not believe that both of his parents were gone and he felt sorry that he wasn't there for them more. Frank started regretting every bad thing he ever said to his parents and every moment that he even thought about running away from home. There was a moment where anyone who wanted, could say something in their name and Frank went up to the podium, spoke into the microphone:

"I am sorry."

"I am sorry for every bad thing I ever did and every bad word I ever said to you two."

"You were my everything and you helped me through hard times and I hope you are proud of me now."

"I have tried to make myself the best version of myself that I can be, but it is hard now when you are gone."

"You were my support, my warmth in the heart, my star in the night sky."

"I will always miss you two and I hope you are now at peace."

After saying peaking those words, Frank started sobbing slowly and walked back up to his position, whispering to Elizabeth that he wishes to leave and they left. They didn't have any reason to stay in England any longer, so they flew back to San Andreas.

Slowly driving back to their apartment in Downtown Los Santos, Frank soon memorized that he had been left a piece of land in San Fierro. He took out the official document from his suitcase, reading it. Frank found out that he had been left the land in Angel Pine, so he decided to drive there after his arrival to the apartment. Packed his things and immediately got into his car, placed the phone on the stand, turning on the GPS and drove to San Fierro. Frank realized there is no more reason to be sorrowful anymore and attempted to lift up his mood, thinking of how his parents are now in a better place. After an hour of driving to the county side of San Fierro, he finally arrived in Angel Pine. He wasn't really well rounded with the country-side people as they would be wearing cowboy hats and a few tractors were just casually parked on the sidewalk. Frank attempted to find the address that was given, then quickly heading down the town hall, as he wished to sell the land that he had been given. The town hall administrator would conduct the required files to fill in and Frank gave his final signature for it all. The land had been sold for an exact price of $40,000. Frank found that more than enough for just a piece of land. Since Frank had never been to San Fierro before, he wanted to check around the city-side aswell. After touring around for a while, Frank found that San Fierro is a place that he would like to live in so he texted Elizabeth, telling her that she should pack her things and take a flight to San Fierro. Elizabeth denied coming to San Fierro, as she didn't like the place. Frank was surprised, as it was such a modern place to live in and had loads of luxuries. Elizabeth told Frank that she would remain in Los Santos and Frank could live in San Fierro, but they would have to be meeting occasionally as they didn't live that far off from each other, an hour drive maximum. Frank agreed and told Elizabeth that he would have a higher chance of getting a better job in San Fierro. Elizabeth understood him and told him that she will pack Frank's bags and send them via UPS. Frank was alright with the plan, said goodbye to Elizabeth and hung up the call.
He had a slight fear of why Elizabeth would want to remain in Los Santos, but he didn't think about it that much. After a while, Frank would rent himself an apartment and move into it.

"A new city, a new chance."

Those were the words Frank would say when he woke up. It has been three months since Frank had moved to San Fierro. He had met Elizabeth a few times, staying in Los Santos on few nights, keeping the lady happy.

Frank still had a weird stomach feeling about Elizabeth and didn't really understand it. He had managed to get a job as a college-level professor at the San Fierro College. He was satisfied with the job, but since his resume wasn't that long, he didn't have much work experience. The job he had was fun, he had the chance of talking to teenagers and young adults that would wish to pursue the same career as he did. Every person in the room had a story of why they chose that path, and occasionally he would hear it from the students.

Frank would casually walk home after a successful class, suddenly getting a phone call from Elizabeth. Frank would greet her and Elizabeth would just blatantly say that she's breaking up with him. Frank asked her why and she responded that she doesn't wish to be in a relationship anymore, she doesn't feel that it's right anymore. Frank would freeze, being confused, but not shedding a tear. He had a gut feeling of this happening already. Frank sighed as he responded that he understands and that he could come to Los Santos to pick up the rest of his belongings. Elizabeth agreed and hung up the call. Frank would continue walking home, packing his things and getting in his car. He'd casually drive another hour to Los Santos and once there, he'd already see that Elizabeth was outside the apartment complex, waiting with Frank's things in her hand, packed in a bag. He walked up to her, frowning as he hugged her. She would hug Frank slowly whispering "I'm sorry". Frank stood back, nodding as he grabbed his things and slinging the bag over his shoulder, releasing a slight sigh. He'd turn around and make his way to the car, placing the bag on the passenger seat and driving off back.
It didn't hit him then, but once he arrived into San Fierro, he started feeling the emotions coming to him and he'd start sobbing and smashing the wheel while he would be still on the road driving. The break-up didn't affect him much physically but it burdened him emotionally. The next day he would have to give class, as the students arrived at the class, Frank seemed a bit off and the students noticed it. They would ask their professor what's wrong and Frank would burst out yelling at the students, scaring them off and making two of them cry. The students would go to the principal and tell him what had happened. A few minutes later the principal would walk into Frank's class, starting to yell at him. Frank would not take the yelling lightly, as he threw a few books at the principal, telling him to f*ck off. The principal was shocked at the behavior Frank would show off, so he was immediately fired as the college was very strict on teachers behavior and didn't tolerate if someone was behaving like this. This would be the beginning of Frank's downfall. The reputation he received with the firing of his job was dreadful. He attempted to apply into multiple different 'criminal justice' themed job spots, but none of them would accept him, as they all saw what Frank had done and assumed that he had anger issues and could not be trusted nor hired. To push away his financial problems, Frank had to sell his car and move to a cheaper apartment. This would allow him to live in an apartment for a bit longer and after a while of searching, Frank managed to find a job in the Department of Roads. He would have been hired as a Highway Technician and was happy that he would be hired at last and could rebuild his career.

I haven't found a suitable person, and he's the most similar to the person I'd imagine my character is. Is it not allowed to have him as that?

There is no rule but it just looks a bit retarded.
