Scamming and robbing regulations?

Robbing people should have a limit. 

My idea is that scamming should have a  limit money wise, but you can actually go past it. But due to you going past the scam limit, you can be forced to CK if killed by the guy you scammed

I personally think that whatever you have on your person you should be able to be robbed for, bank account robbing etc should be limited though.

Ok but realistically its to prevent people from going on 50 man robbing spree, and to also prevent a rp server converting to cops and robbers.... Lmfao.. Its pretty unrealistic to rob like 20 people in a row in the same hour and same car dont you think? While there are players who do that, it'll be 3000x worst if there isnt a robbery limit. A robbery limit is pretty much needed.. 

If we had some sort of a debit card and banking system, we could potentially rule out a robbing limit. Yes, perhaps over the course of the start of the server it might be wise to impose a limit, but later down the line it should be dramatically reduced if not completely made redundant. This stops people walking around with $$$’s on hand unrealistically, instead of storing their money inside a bank account.

Perhaps (if a card system is introduced) there should be a limit on how much can be robbed else everyone will end up losing entire bank accounts, but we have admins and forum reports in place for rule breakers.
