Kiril Muskov, born in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. Muskov is well known to the Bulgarian Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of the countless reports against him. Kiril has been investigated for extortion, forceful debt collecting, racketeering and tax evasion. Despite the fact that he's only 20 years old, he is recognised by some of the people that are doing the wheel in his country. The reason behind his relation with Anton Zarev is his cousin who met them in a very busy and popular night club, situated at Downtown, Sofia. The young bull was taking Anton Zarev as example and squeezed all the knowledge from him. When he found out that Anton Zarev got locked up, Muskov started to think about a way out because he didn't have protection no more and the old dogs would've ripped him. He figured out he could move to Los Santos and live with his uncle until he finds a job and is financially stable. When he moved to Los Santos, he linked up with a few of Zarev's associates and they got the thing going. Kiril Muskov, Stefan Manolov and Antonio Abadjiev formed a crew and were running the East Side of Los Santos. Consindering the unfortunate fact that they've already been investigated and surveillanced for their previous, minor crimes - there were many house and joint raids being executed in the next a couple of years. The LSPD needed enough evidence to execute a warrant on atleast one of the crew members' name, so they could make a few arrests and get as many people as possible to court. It didn't take them long to gather enough evidence and they've executed a warrant and there were a lot of arrests taking place. Although the LSPD operations damaged mostly the West Side, Stefan and the East Side boys were paranoid about their own freedom. Obviously all of the arrests didn't happen at one single day, the LSPD operations lasted nearly a week. Even though the crews were separated East and West, the boys kept contact during the most of the time. The East Side was quickly informed about many people being arrested. They felt insecure that they'd get snitched upon. They all fled into San Fierro.
As the days were imperceptibly going one after another, Kiril started practicing the boxing sport at a local gym, situated up at Doherty. Not surprisingly, the coach was a Bulgarian that knew Kiril Muskov's father from the army, when they used to serve back in the 80's. Kiril finally found himself around San Fierro and got used to its environment. Most of the people think that America is the home of the rich and all that, but it's far from that and Kiril acknowledged it in the earliest stage of his stay in San Fierro. There were a lot of people that weren't getting paid enough, couldn't pay their taxes, couldn't pay their bank credits, had passion about gambling or just needed money.
Kiril had some money and he was more than happy to aid people's path out of the misery they were balls deep into. He offered his services to people like these. He was borrowing out money to people as a loan and the interest rates were set by him. He had no requirements so did the interest rates. If the guy liked you, he'd go with a lower percentage, if he thought you're a joker - he'd go for %100. That's how he started earning money on his own. He wanted people to pay him weekly and those who didn't pay, they paid with their chopped fingers or sliced ears.
