Going by the street name "Bosco" in the suburbs of Surčin, Belgrade, Radovan made side cash by pickpocketing phones and other valuables to resell them.
Attending an economics college in Serbia with his childhood friends, they were sent to the US during summer as a part of the school's Work & Travel program and decided to never go back, staying as illegal immigrants. The group cannot get to legal work because they're not official US citizens, so they had to resort to beyond the law employment.
