Some people find it annoying because they're childish, others mind it because they want to RP gangster or whatever in that neighbourhood and it'd just be weird if you'd see those flags hanging around in one of your screenshots or if people were to take it ICly when you're supposed to roleplay a crip f.e.
We don't need flags in every street. Keep them removed. The only place where a flag is required is at City Hall and the San Fierro Police Department Headquarters.
If you'll make a version with no flags at all I'll 100% install it.

no one minds homosexuality at all it's just weird to have people wanting a faction there, but they change their mind because of the LGBT flags.. The area looks so much better now and can be used for a lot of stuff now that there isn't 50 lgbt flags on every sidewalk
