Rico Navarro was born in early 2000 and raised in Ocean Flats. Rico was a young 17 year old, living in a one-story house with only his mother. Day in - Day out, he spends time outside hanging out with some gang members that are affiliated with Ocean Flats Norteños XIV, doing anything to get them satisfied. Some people think its bad for Rico hanging outside and doing things he should not, but for Rico it's normal and he's used to it. Stealing shoes, wallets, and other valuables, selling narcotics on the corner, just to get something to eat. But for Rico, it's not enough sometimes, sometimes he needs more, and it's then where he gets in trouble.
At the age of 15, Rico went to a Juvenile Detention Centre for 9 months, he did not enjoy the experience, but you aren't supposed to. He got into fights a lot, hating some of the people that were over there. It took time for him to get used to it, the earliness of getting up, and the hard work he had to do. At the end of it, he learned it the hard way. Getting back to Ocean Flats, he was greeted back into his home and the cycle continued, but Rico started taking caution, not acting recklessly anymore.
Rico rarely uses the internet. But when he does, he shows disrespect and hatred to a well-known gang that is also located in Ocean Flats by the name of 'Rollin' 30's Original Harlem Crips' he disrespects them using slang and videos of himself threatening some of the members affiliated 'Rollin' 30's Original Harlem Crips'
29/01/2018, Rico's Birthday
Monday, the 29th of January 2018. Rico celebrated his 18th birthday in the garden with the affiliates of Ocean Flats Norteño XIV. On the same day, he also got a tattoo on the right side of his chest, colored in black saying Ocean 14 Flatz.
