Uhm, that's weird, because I just saw your application, even accepted it. Maybe something went wrong?
I'm guessing you encountered a bug of some sort but then it all worked out.

Yes, everything is right, the line for completing the quiz again wasn't so visible to me and I thought it was another error message so I ignored it.
You should add a green text when getting accepted.
Remember to check your E-Mail's, that's how I realised I actually got accepted as the acceptance message disappeared.
