Well if someone is comitting too much crime or killed a group of people and get caught the pd n government should be able to execute that person ( it's realistic) but ofc this would mean the person could rp there live on deathrow n ofc this would mean cking the person what y'all think doe????
It honestly depends, legal systems are weird at the time, there are times where people commit murder, some get death row and some get life in prison. Of course, it depends. However, I don't agree with the CKing part, if I have a reason to kill a whole group of people and then I kill them, I don't feel like CKing a character I'm currently working on.

People aren't going to want to CK their developmental character over such a thing. Most people are just going to probably pull out a gun or commit suicide to avoid being arrested, which can possibly create less roleplay for the police department. Let's say I had a gang of African Americans jump me for roleplay reason and embarrass my character, then I kill them, and somehow the police department traces it back to me, I'm not going to prison to CK my character, I'm going pull out a weapon and get killed. Plus, what if people can't afford a name change for character or they wanted to create a much needed back story for that said character?

I can see why people would just start using a PK mentality to get out of it but I feel that without actual consequences for serious crimes, any realism is taken away. We might as well become a light rp cops and robbers server if people are going to we walking around with 30+ murders on their public record and still walking free. The namechange issue isn't anything new to this server if this suggestion gets implemented. From my personal experience on other servers, a lot of people aren't gonna have X amount of IG cash or want to spend X amount of IRL cash to namechange. I feel that if you roleplay a character and want to create XYZ story about them but in reality the story deviates in game to WTZ story, then you should follow along. Or else it's gonna turn into every other sever where everyone is a battle hardened shooter that is walking the streets like nothing; it looses meaning. That should mean something.

In a sense my feeling is that we should "go with the flow" and not play with some pre-scripted story we want to follow.
Y'all got the whole cking point wrong not cause u get caught means u automatically gets cked for example you kill a group of people then escape you do it again then get caught and someone tells on u from the previous situation judge should be able to choose whether he wanna give u a normal sentence or kill you ofc this would have rules not just cking for no reason u would have to go through a whole process like real life. No man realistically can kill 4+ people and not be able to get death penalty unless the state doesn't have the death charge . This would bring down a bunch of killings and so. Ofc I woudnt wanna get ck but if i kill a bunch of People alot of times clearly shows I don't care cause realistically a mass murder would have been got caught. N also realistically u could get a appeal for this so a chance of not getting cked is there..
Forced CK and lethal injections are unrealistic. My suggestion is to have some kind of large metal cage structure with melee weapons in it. Two men enter, one man leaves.

I think people mean the repercussion of committing such crimes (life long jail / death row being CK) but I do agree. It’d be nice to see people genuinely concerned for their characters development, and a little more fear factor involved in life and death situations.
At the same time this is a game, so we have to find the right balance between immersion and fun. It would be nice to a least trial the idea as I haven’t played on a server that has done this before. There’s nothing more retarded looking than checking someone’s name on the mdc and seeing 50+ criminal charges (multiple of which are murders). Then again, given that it’s a game and we so religiously abide By the PK system, perhaps all the murders are related to different scenarios and build on character development.

Seems like this is going to end with admins hustling money - MORE CKS = MORE NCS = MORE MONEY. Not everyone on SAMP can afford a $2 namechange, surprisingly.

I'm clueless if you actually got my message behind my opinion or not. There is an actual reason why people don''t go out on a regular committing murders and etc. If you tensions for crime is strive for wealth, then it's your problem, not ours. If you wish to do that, do you, what can I say. Everything has it's price, so does this. Committing this crime you risk of getting arrested or even killed in the process. I'm not here to argue with you here about something like that. Since this is a video game, let's keep it that way and enjoy it while it's here.

Exactly, It's a video, not a prison simulation game, It's already bad enough certain servers try to force people to sit on their PC 24 hours to "enjoy a game" and "roleplay" in prison, but now you guys are taking it to a further step trying to force people to spend their money on a "video game that should be enjoyed while It's here". Once again When I say this i don't mean once u commit a murder or murders u automatically get executed if u have a bunch of charges then the court system should be able to choose whether u get cked or not it's up to them....
