Add scuba gear that can be bought from certain shops, they will grant the player invulnerability inside water if he toggles it.

The second I saw this all I could see is someone evading police in a rental car, jumping out off of gant bridge and equipping scuba gear mid-flight, camping out somewhere underwater to hide until sufficient time has passed before they /q.
On a more serious note, I really don’t see this being roleplayed to be quite honest. Not a reason why it shouldn’t be implemented of course, but what are the main purposes of your suggestion?
