Revamp the entire area, remove the obvious naval sub base and replace it with docks.
Made something quick myself and obviously it needs some polishing but yeah, gives the idea.

This is needed on a roleplay server, there's no actual military so this would do so much more for legal/port roleplay than what already is there, maybe actually even replace the aircraft carrier with a cargo ship or something.

I want to start working on this soon and get some feedback from the supporters of this, we'll see if we can't whip something up once I'm done with my current project. You guys are right, we really have 0 use for a naval station and in a map considerably smaller than Los Santos, we need practical places to RP.

I'm for it. There's no commercial boat stops in SF, so removing this and making it into a commercial port would be ideal for roleplay purposes.

How's this? It's not docks because I believe the docks could be somewhere else, but it has good potential as a factory for truckers, I guess...
Personally think Faledak's design is better in space management. And the area could definitely use a revamp, and this is the perfect way to do it.
