Ambient Notes

These can be interpreted both OOC and IC and can be extremely useful to describe certain events or locations.

I imagine this is something that would be restricted, correct?

I feel like in your example of 'Authorised Personnel Only' that it should be restricted to business/property owners and should only be able to be used within X radius of the property. This feature reminds me of the 'createscene' command on LS-RP, and I find that it worked well during LEO roleplay in order to display the text on a sign.

I do like this idea but I'm not sure how well it would work. It is something that would need limitations as well as restrictions in my personal opinion. 

Yessss.... this would be great. Should be limited however to the amount of times it can be used in a single setting etc.

Oh, I envisioned it as being something that could be used by property owners and LEOs to set a scene as well as developers.

That's a nice addition, but needs to be approved before displayed when used by property owners and LEOs.

Yes, it could work like that. Perhaps they could be sent into a queue once the command is used and they must be approved/denied by moderators.
