Speed camera:
Add these type of cameras around the city.
This camera will catch the player who "over speed " and "not stopping at the intersection".
When this camera catches someone that player will get auto fine by the system.
Last logged command:
Add one command " /lastlogged [Player Name] " To check when specific player last login In-game.
Example:
/lastlogged David_Weiler
Then system responds like this
[lastlogged] David_Weiler last logged 1 hour ago.

Oh TRUST me you don't want this in the server. It's extremely annoying. 100% not supporting this.
No thank you. I've seen this on other servers and I've ended up having to pay 5k in fines because each camera was like 500 dollars.
I'm not sure that a red light camera is even possible for SAMP. Granted, I have zero knowledge in scripting whatsoever, so I could be wrong.
