The Rollin 30s also known as the Crash Gang/Dirt Gang 30s, are an active African-American multi-generational street gang located in the Ocean Flats region of San Fierro, San Andreas. Their history dates back as far as the 1960s, making them one of the longest standing Crip neighborhood in San Fierro. The Rollin 30s Crips are known to sport Texas Rangers, Minnesota Twins baseball caps with the logo letter “T” or "TC" to represent “30s.” Also with Boston Celtics clothing and hats for the 3 leaf clovers. The Rollin 30s are allies of all Rollin Os (Crips) and most Neighborhood Crips. However, they had a short-lived fued with the Rollin 40s Crips. Other allies include the Grape Street Crips, 4-Tray Gangster Crips, Bacc Street Crips (Watts), Holmes Street Watts Crips, Paramount Gundry Blocc Crips, East Coast Crips, and the Rollin 100s. The Rollin 30s Harlem Crips have been feuding with the Rollin 20s Neighborhood Bloods since the 1980s. This feud is was of the most violent conflict on the west side of South San Fierro, between Bloods and Crips. Unfortunately, this feud has claimed over a dozen lives of youths, who are gang affiliated. The rivalry between the Rollin 30s Crips and the Rollin 20s Bloods. Rivals include: Rollin 20s NeighborHood Blood, Black P Stones, Van Ness Gangster Brims, Fruit Town Brims, Harvard Park Brims, Hoover Criminals, Front Street Watts Crips, Trouble Gangster Crips, 43 Gangster Crips, Rollin 30’s Blood Stone Piru, Outlaw 20s Bloods, School Yard Crips, Bounty Hunter Bloods, and all Compton Pirus.

Friday June 13th 2014, a members of Rollin 30s were hang in a car parked on Jamestown street when a black van pulled up and opened fire on their car. Roshawna Taylor aka Lady Hothead along with her boyfriend Cordell Stanford aka TG Hothead were murdered, over 40 shots were fired into Taylor and Stanford's vehicle from the van. The news called the brutal murder "The Jamestown Massacre" as it aired on the 5 o'clock news, after the brutal murder of the Roshawna and Cordell The Rollin 30s began going back and forth with local gang a few blocks away blaming them for the death of Lady Hothead and TG Hothead. Roshawna's mother started a "gofundme" account a few weeks after the murder of her only child to make sure she had a perfect funeral. "Roshawna Taylor was murdered on the Friday June 13th 2014, While just sitting in the car with her boyfriend and other friends on there way to the movies. She was just 18 years old trying to do what all young people do live and have fun. No one should have to bury a child let alone lose them in such a tragic way. She was just shy of graduating high school and at the same time taking classes to be a nurse. She had goals and dreams that she didn't get to acheive. She was a loving daughter, niece, cousin, sister and friend. Our hearts ache and our minds wonder how could she be taken from us so soon. To know her, was to love her, her smile was enough to make you no longer mad. As we move foward in this hard time we still need extra funds to help with the burial. All fund's donated are going directly towards Roshawna's burial."
The Rollin 30s Crips source their illegal revenue from crime such as drug dealing, gun dealing, home invasion and the extortion of family owned small businesses in South San Fierro area. Some of the members of the gang are also known for pimping young women out through social media to get incoming cash for the gang. In Aug, 2013 over 800 hundred law enforcement officers and agents served dozens of arrest and search warrants in Operation Thumbs Down, an 18-month investigation that targeted members and associates of the Rollin’ 30s Harlem Crips, a South San Fierro street gang that ranks among the San Fierro Police Department’s top targeted street gangs. The investigation was dubbed “Thumbs Down” by the task force in reference to hand gestures used by this gang, including two thumbs pointed upward, representing the “H” in the word “Harlem.”

Though the past few years, especially from Nineteen Ninety Seven to Twenty Sixteen have been very rough for the R30's gang, the current members have toughed it out and are armed with both street and prison smarts, the gang is currently spread out over the Southern part of San Fierro, consisting of two cliques The Live Fives (3500 Block) and The Nines (3900 Block). Members of sub-sets are known to be involved in a variety of violent crimes including murder, assault, robberies, narcotics violations, and firearms violations. The Harlem 30s have been locked in conflict with all blood/piru gangs, specifically the Bity Stones and Rollin 20 bloods, for over 20 years. The Harlem 30s are also bitter rivals of a few sureno clique, also the Hispanic 18th Street Gang The conflict between 18th Street and the Black P stones has also been going on for over 20 years. Other Hispanic rivals include the Mid City Stoners 13. They have a strong and close-knit relationship with the Rollin crips and the NHC card crips. The Rollin 30s Original Harlem Crips were originally known as Harlem Godfathers during the early 1970s. Their history makes them one of the oldest Crip sets on the westide of Los Santos, Rollin 30s now have stretched outside the Los Santos area reaching to San Fierro along with Las Venturas.
SAN FIERRO SECTION
Beginning from the Ocean Flats area of San Fierro, the Rollin 30′s consist of the Avenues, Denker Park, 35th, 37th, and 39th street cliques. The oldest members come from Denker Park, 39th Street and Avenues. The 35th and 37th Street clicks emerged during the mid 1990′s. Their main rivals are the Black Gate Stones. Their secondary Blood rival are the 135 Pirus that also have a alliance with Black Gate Stones to the west who are located in the other side of Ocean Flats. They have been engaged in the rivalry with the Black Gate Stones since the late 1990s but they have also have been feuding with the Rollin 40s Crips to the north since approximately 1996 but that feud has diminished since 2006. Their territory is about 2.04 square miles between Jefferson (north) and King Blvd (south) and Denker (west) and Lincoln Avenue (east). A portion of their turf extends further east to Denker between Exposition (north) and King Blvd (south). They have the second largest turf of all black gangs in San Fierro, slightly smaller than the turf of the Rollin 40s.

WEST OCEAN HIGH SCHOOL
Ocean Flats home of the West Ocean Jaguars have a long history of great athletics but also the recruiting grounds for both Rollin 30s and Black Gate Stones. West Ocean has one of the biggest gang problems in San Fierro due to the Rollin 30s feuding with both rival gangs 135 Piru and Black Gate Stones, just in the last year it was 15 shootings due to school violence between the gangs. Rollin 30s and Black Gate Stone members have been going to West Ocean High since the school opened in the early 1990s as for 135 Piru their members mostly went to East Ocean High until the early 2000s East closed making their students transfer over to West Ocean High. West Ocean teachers don't have a problem spotting the gang affiliated students due to the team logos that both sides sport to show their affiliation to their gang, although gang affiliation isn't allowed at the school those that are affiliated still find ways to sport their affiliation.
