Allowing Official Factions to Have Custom Skins

Supported if they are SA quality skins like the rest told.
The skins should pass the same exact checks by admins/staff that is required for normal skin mods.
They should also have the option to restrict these skins in-game, for example on the UCP under their Faction page they would be able to see all of their implemented skins on the server, and the leader(s) could choose to have each skin available for everyone on the server, restricted to only invited members of their faction or restricted to a certain rank or above inside their faction.
As long as they're not hideously ugly or try to achieve realism and stay on the quality of original SA models, then go for it.
