Helper Team Recruitment Information [Status: OPEN]

    Introduction With the beginning stages of the community coming to fruition, and the large amount of interest that we are getting for this server, we feel it is time to start recruiting people to help us with the communities questions, concerns, and so forth! We will be developing a team known as "helpers" to be our supporting system for the community, whether this is for questions, general help, or guidance within the server. We'll be hosting applications to join this team and give players opportunities to get hands on with helping the newer members with the start of the server, as well as the administration in testing new features.   Requirements

• Friendliness - You need to be a friendly and approachable person for this position, your main task is going to be helping newer players and regular members with their questions. So we need to make sure that you're going to be a kind person to them when they are asking their questions.
• Knowledgeable - It is still the beginning stages of the server, but you will be able to know all the information you'll need before the server is fully launched. So we want to make sure that the helpers are knowledgeable with commands in-game, rules, etc so you're able to support the players with the best of your ability.
• Patience - You will need patience when it comes to someone that does not know exactly what they're doing. Being a patient helper with the player is always going to be one of the best way to handle situations. You could have a player ask you 100 questions, just be patient with them so they will be able to enjoy the game by their selves.
• English Proficiency - We ask that you can type or speak English fluently so you are able to communicate with the members easier. It does not have to be your first language, but we ask that you can type and speak it properly.
• Forum Activity - You will need to have at least 15 posts on the forum in order to submit an application.

  Responsibilities

• Game Support - This is going to be the main task for the helper role, they're going to be able to help the new players in-game with questions that they may have. That way they're able to learn the script with the help of someone who is knowledgeable.
• Forum Support - You'll be able to give players support in the forums with their questions, concerns, etc.
• Discord Support - You will be able to help and support players on the discord if they have questions there also.
• Development Testing - You will be able to test the script before it is released so that we have some more beta testers before the script is officially launched, the more testers the more bugs that we can get rid of in the script.
