who else here does calisthenics?

I do hundreds of pushups and crunches a day; anywhere between 100 to 200 to be specific.

what about running? right now I can run 3.5 kilometers in 25 minutes but I want to up my distance to 5km while maintaining the same time. i'm going to go for a run before the sun sets today in an attempt to set a new record.

I had 117kgs at 168cms, when I was 16 years old. Lost 27kgs simply by running each and everyday, then I hit my local gym and lost 15kgs in 4 months, now I'm at 75kgs. I've been completely hooked to lifting and bulking since then. Might post my transformation picture sooner or later. You will be seeing me around this topic more that's for sure.

Hmm, I am kinda in a mess right now.

I mean, I started a diet back in March I think, when I got to August or something, I lost exactly 30 KGs, but I don't know what happened to me ever since. I don't have the same enthusiasm I used to have back there when I started following the diet, I am just messing everything up. Most of the changes happened to my body were related to my face and my legs, I mean, the results of my weight loss appear most on them, but I can't say the same for my belly and chest. I don't really know why these two specific areas aren't losing fat. A tip: I am 16 years old, 180 CM, 80 KGs.

EDIT: They've lost fat of course, but there isn't that much of a visible change on them as my face or legs for example.

I'd rather train some fighting sport than going to fitness... tbh,  but that's me

Great records, I do some muscle-ups here and there.

They ruin my figure, and my wallet. I cri evrytim.

In general any good tips on avoiding snacks in a whole would be good. Seriously.

Well, you must keep yourself busy, but how? Just by following the right meal plan, a meal every 2 hours, it should be the right meal with the right grams of protein, carbs and fat, you can find some plans on bodybuilding.com :)

Thanks! I'm gonna take a look when I get home.

But still, the snacks.

What is your opinion on intermittent fasting?

I once went to my university campus with my bike, which is like 12 kilometers away. Almost suffered a cardiac arrest.

Denino (Member) ·

i dont know how to cook and I dont have time, i have no money for expensive food. I live on fastfood

How do I make the gainz?

Mica (Premium Member) ·

I'm planning to enlist after I finish college which is in a few months and I don't have a problem with working out, because I like doing it.

I do have an issue with my diet. I'm one to eat quite a lot of carbs such as bread and potatoes and those are just unnecessary calories. Can someone maybe help me with a meal plan?

thekillergreece (Member) ·

I usually eat 2-3 meals a day, sometimes 4-5, depending the day (If pizza, then expect two whole trays to be savagely eaten by myself).

I am around 170cm+ I guess and weighting 85kg, sometimes less than that. I am not sure if that's too fat or average but regardless I started to plan to eat 3 meals a day with small quantities, include fruits, avoid fast food (Sausages, beef, pizza) but consume them at least once two weeks.

After all, I go culinary school. From my place, I must take a bus to go to centre of city. It takes 2-3 minutes walk towards the bus station, another 5 minutes to walk from centre city to the school and finally, 5 minutes to go bus stop once you finish school and 2-3 minutes walk back home.

That's what I do, mostly. Hmm.

EDIT: Sometimes, I only eat 2 meals or even one meal a day because.. There is nobody at my place to cook foods. Any tips to burn fat other than walking and eating less?

Nemo (Member) ·

I am going to the gym every once in a while to keep in shape. I have been gymnast for seven years (trampoline, flips and stuff you know) since I was a kid, so I love my body, just trying to not fuck it up and keep it in shape

Try to get more meals, that's the only way (Mass gainer helps a lot tho)

Simple, your body faced a situation for the first time, but your legs/quads should be good now!

I can only understand that you're trying to lose fat from that ^ if I'm right nope then, fasting is too bad for your liver, just keep your meals clean.

Keep your diet clean buddy, rice, chicken breast and broccoli are a good example of clean food, you can find more of it at bodybuilding.com
