What is Georgian Mafia?

Georgian Mafia is an organized crime syndicate across the world, including Middle East, Europe, United States, South America, Canada, Asia, Australia and all the other post soviet countries.

The Georgian crime activities are taking place from late XVIII century, when the slaved soldiers were forced to work for the Lords of Georgia, some of the slaves were mostly killing their own Lords and ranch holders and were making their way to the forest and mountains, in early XIX century, the killers and robbers who were forced to work to the farms of the Lords and escaped in the forests has created the Mountain Connection and people named them "Tyeshi Gavardnilebi" which means the people who ran in the mountains and disappeared, a lot of these people were meeting in the mountains where they formed the groups of highly trained criminals, raiding villages and truly were robbing only the rich men to help the poor villages and farmers, those so called "Yachagebi" were assisting solo farmers to work in the farms, they were helping out all the innocent residents of Georgia, but the only enemy was the Kingdom they were fighting against, in the late XIX century, a lot of criminal group leaders were captured by the assisting King Russia's soldiers and were sent to Siberia for life sentences, that's where we meet the man known as "Papa" which means grandfather on Georgian, Papa was in charge of entire Siberian prisons and Siberia, a Georgian prisoner who has ties across the whole Russia and Europe, man who was in charge of all kind of crimes from across the Russia and Europe.

"Papa" was like a godfather, innocent looking old man, who is responsible of biggest Siberian prison break and heist of still unknown amount of gold from Siberian mines, the man was operating with the other mountain group leaders in Siberia and with the last information, the gold was used across Turkey, France, Georgia and Russia.

Mid 20th century, Koba Jugashvili also known as Joseph Stalin for the world

Koba Jugashvili was an outlaw and a good friend of the mountain groups, that's where the Soviet Union starts and the Georgian "Papa" along with the rest of Georgian people who were operating from the mountains financed and supported Joseph Stalin, lately Joseph Stalin creates a project to control the prisons where he uses old friends from the mountains arrested around the Russian prisons, such as Vladimirsky Central and the the rest, Joseph Stalin plants a project where one man controls the prison, but is a prisoner himself. Prison "watchers" were mostly Georgians, because of Joseph Stalin's friendly connection with Georgian criminal group leaders.

As much as the prisons were controlled by the Georgians, they though something fresh and unique to recognize eachother in the prisons worldwide, they called eachother "thieves" or "thieves in law" and for those who were transported to the other prisons thousends of miles away, he only needed to take his shirt off and no questions were asked.

As Joseph Stalin's idea goes like an epidemic drug across the Soviet Union prisons, Georgians started to take the positions and make their legs harder during World

War II, taking over all the prisons, businesses and connections of Soviet Union oligarchs, investing more money back in Georgia and supporting para-military groups in the 80s, as a new face shows up after Joseph Stalin's death, also Georgian Edward Shevardnadze who was brought to Georgia in order to support Jaba Ioseliani's paramilitary group and governmental activities, he gathers up the other thieves and arrests Ioseliani after the Apkhazian war, Edward Shevardnadze has brought down the Berlin wall, made a straight gateway to the Europe for Georgianthieves as Georgian thieves put him in charge of Georgia from the prisons. Prison was the best place for Georgian thieves to operate from, just because it was like a second home for them and they couldn't be re-arrested for something they were doing. So yeah, what I wanted to say here?

I wanted to say that the world knew the word "Russian Mafia" and they called everyone else Russian Mafia, nobody though about Georgians and that was always a part of the plan, Georgia which joins UN and Europe, acts innocent around the world, zero corruption in Georgia, zero crime in Georgia and after all, we got everyone around the world controlling everything you though was a Russian Mafia.

Yes! That's us, Georgians who brought down the Berlin war, that's us who is in charge of entire syndicate around the world that you though was Russian, that's why FBI director fianlly says "There is no Russian Mafia, it was all Georgian." That's why Italian prime-minister says "The Italian mafia we knew has been taken over by Georgian Mafia." Everytime you open any European newspaper, the frontpage is about Georgians..

Maybe I made it clear, Russian mafia doesn't exists since every biggest syndicate operating in Russia was led by Georgians for centuries and will be that way till the world ends.

After the fall of the Soviet Union, conflicts in the post-soviet states of Caucasus have become more active. From 1991 to 1994, Armenia and Azerbaijan have been warring for now what it is an unrecognized Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. At the same time, a newly found Republic of Georgia was dragged into an ethnic conflict in Abkhazia and South Ossetia from 1991 to 1993. During these conflicts, several criminal groups have started mass trafficking of weapons and narcotics. Georgia was divided upon several criminal groups. One of the most popular was Jaba Ioseliani's Mkhedrioni that was operating on Georgian soil from 1989 to 1995 as a paramilitary group.

Mkhedrioni was the provider of arms to the criminal groups in Tbilisi (capital of Georgia). Calling themselves brotherhoods, 90s of Georgia was heaven for them. Even though there were ups and downs, Thieves by Law still had a huge popularity and respect among Georgian population.

THE BROTHERHOODS OF 1990-1995

Capital of Georgia was overrun and controlled by these Brotherhoods. Plekhanovi Brotherhood, Delisi Brotherhood, Borotebi's Brotherhood, Kulinarian Brotherhood, Vake's Brotherhood and other similary operated factions were among the most powerful organizations during first half of 90s in Tbilisi. Each of them was armed to teeth with the best military equipment there could even be smuggled across the border. The governmental organisations had lost all the power. All of these groups were supplied from conflict zones across the region (Chechnya, Nagorno-Karabakh, Abkhazia, South Ossetia) and by Jaba Ioseliani. Even though the Russian Mafia, supported and followed by the post-Soviet countries excluding Balkans, prohibited arms and drugs trafficking, they weren't listened. These factions kept starting large conflicts for petty and tiny things, such as not saying hello to each other. Finally Thief by Law was called in as they were most powerful and respected. In 90s Georgia none could imagine a government or someone else to touch Thief by Law.

PRISONS OF GEORGIA. POLICE IN GEORGIA FROM 1995 TO 2003

From the very start of the second half of decade, government managed to recover as they started to involve police in ongoing conflicts between neighborhoods. Mostly supported by former Georgian and Russian KGB agents, they started arresting criminals, forcing them to pay the money. High ranking police officials gave small "pigs" different tasks to arrest certain individuals and extort cash from them in exchange of freedom. However, in 90s to gain reputation, many youngsters or adults chose to lose freedom and live behind the bars. Even though police has regained some of control over streets of Tbilisi and other cities, there still were many shootouts occurring. In fact, the second half of the last decade of 20th century in Georgia has become the bloodiest of them all.

Georgia has become a country of Gangsters. There was no family who didn't have a connection to thief in law, therefore they were becoming untouchable. In prison the top notch wardens were the least popular, while the "watchers", controlling the prison, were the most respect and popular individuals in the whole prison. They were controlling a "gathering" which then was sent to the families of arrested and corrupted officials.

21ST CENTURY

After the end of the last centuries, different political parties became popular. They were gathering people, coming out in the streets. In 2003, after the Rose Revolution took place in Georgia, Mikheil Saakashvili, the leader of United National Movement became president and reformed the country. They found a new police, called "Patrol Police" which consisted of new, least corrupt personnel. Soon, after police regained the full control of country, many Thieves by Law were deported. Feared by many, Mikheil Saakashvili drove out Thieves by Law and their factions out from Tbilisi and remaining regions of Georgia. Many started seeing him as a legal criminal in the head of a country. Mafia was deported to mainly to Europe and Russia, however some of them saw a way out to America.

TODAY, GEORGIAN MAFIA IN EUROPE

Georgian Mafia is regarded as one of the biggest, powerful and influential criminal networks in Europe. It's known as best organized and most ruthless criminal group. They're very structured and hierarchical. It is estimated that only in Germany, Georgian Mafia profits EUR 250,000,000 every year. All other European countries speak of the same loss in their country. In Italy, it is known that Georgians are using special hand-made tools to break in the apartments leaving no trace. One Italian operation found EUR 2,000,000 worth of jewellery in one of the Georgian hideouts. While Russian motorcycle gangs invest their money in auto repair shops, cleaning companies, private security services and sex establishements, Georgians tend to invest their money in hotels and real estate.

MASSIVE ARRESTS IN EUROPE

Immigrants. European officials say: "La Cosa Nostra? Our Mafia? They are nothing [compared] to Georgian Mafia and [they] will never be". There really is no same criminal group like Georgian. After the massive arrests of Georgian Mafia members in Europe, most Georgians moved back to Russia on in Turkey, as making business in these two countries is the easiest. Both of them are still corrupt. Even though that is the case, due to the new government, several Georgian Mafiamembers already made an appearance in Tbilisi and Kutaisi. Some of the mafiosis are now moving to USA and if they have a chance there, it will be a new uprising of Georgian mafia. A new era of Georgian

SOKHUMI, GEORGIA, 1993

Georgian National guard and Mkhedrioni including Borotebis Brotherhood along with few other criminal organizations were fighting against the Russian militants and separatists in Sokhumi. After Sokhumi feel into Russian sphere of influence, Georgian military forces along with criminal and civilian volunteers were evacuated. One of the volunteers Shakro Chincharadze and his friends from the brotherhood managed to steal a Russian military truck Ural-375 making their way back to Tbilisi, capital of Georgia.

TBILISI, GEORGIA - AFTER TWO DAYS FROM SOKHUMI FELL

The truck finally stopped at Varketili metal factory ruins. Shakro and his friends have unloaded the military boxes just to discover the artillery missiles and military weapons such as 120mm and 122mm missiles along with AKS and AKM assault rifles with the boxes of combat shells. The truck also had inside SVD and As-Val sniper rifles, RPK machine guns, loads of ammunation, AGS-17 automatic grenade launchers, RGD and URG combat grenades, TM-46 anti-tank mines, Mon-200 anti-personnel mines, RPGs and lots of pistols like Makarovs, Stechkins etc. This military grade weaponry was a total win for the brotherhood, it was a way to reach the best made drugs, trading weapons for narcotics in Azerbaijan. The majority of Georgian population including Shakro and friends of his have become drug addicts. It wasn't hard to buy drugs. People were travelling to other post-Soviet countries and Turkey to buy them. Shakro and his friends now had something they could trade for tons of drugs so they took nearly everything excluding AKS, AKM, AS-vals, grenades and few sniper rifles that could come in handy in Tbilisi, and smuggled them into Armenia and Azerbaijan, in return they've smuggled heroin and other types of narcotics back to Tbilisi. They were only for brotherhood to get high and enjoy their lives though. With that amount of drugs they could last without any other drug trade for years. Two years later, Shakro and his little group consisting of friends from childhood were making money just like others by protecting different micro-bus or bus-lines, mini-businesses and bazaars in their territories. A lot of people started asking them favors, they were helping their territory residents with food and other supplies they could rob from rich tradesmen and vendors near borders of Azerbaijan, Russia, Armenia and Turkey. They were also receiving signs from Turkey and post-Soviet countries who had a good trade and who didn't.

CONTROVERSY IN CEMETERY OF KUKIA

Some local boys from Tbilisi's Nakhalovka neighborhood had conflict with nephew of one of Shakro's friends. This friend of Shakro, Nika told everything to his brothers in Brotherhood, the other side of a conflict did the same. A meeting then was arranged in the north part of Kukia cemetery. Before the meeting, Shakro's side made few calls to Nakhalovka's local Thieves by Law to get more information about the people they were going to meet up. None of the thieves knew them therefore the brotherhood Shakro was part of gathered fifteen men and armed them to teeth, taking five cars with them. Upon arrival another side showed up, the guy was swearing, spitting, insulting everyone. When Shakro's friends got out from the vehicles this unknown man started shooting in the air and so the shootout started, but before that Shakro told him: "I'm Shakro Chincharadze, who are you guys fucking with, huh?". Shakro's group was victorious, the opposite side fled, some of them injured but none of the deceased.

SEVERAL WEEKS AFTER

One day one of the Thieves by Law known as Lula (Lula means a barrel of gun in Georgian) from Shakro's neighborhood, the one Shakro was paying tribute to, called Shakro and met him:

-Ika: Hello, Shakro.
-Shakro: How are you, brat?
-Ika: Sit down, sit down, I'm alright.
-Shakro: So, what's going on?
-Ika: Fucked up situation, what do you except? Shooting up the group of twenty people in the graveyard.
-Shakro: And what? Was that my fault? Don't you know what happened?
-Ika: Yes, I know, but one of those guys was a brother of thief by law.
-Shakro: Fuck, what they want? Was he shot? Anything I should know?
-Ika: Be patient, nothing to worry about, he got shot in the arm, but I said he was at the wrong place.
-Shakro: And what did they answer?
-Ika: Nothing, they said it was your friends nephew's fault, but I know the story and I sat them up. I called you here to tell you, they are some outlaw kids, thief by law stopped, he won't do shit to you. But he's not sure about his brother, maybe he wants a revenge, if he shoots you and you have a chance to survive, you run away and don't kill him or something, come to me and I'll have them lined up along with their pricks to say sorry and his brother will be no longer a thief by law.
-Shakro: So, what does that means, now? You want me to dodge the bullets just to fuck up another thief by law and stop his status? What if I die? That's something which includes my life, my life, uncle Lula!
-Ika: I told you what I had to tell, now you know what to do.

After Shakro went back to the hood, he grabbed a gun from the car and tucked it inside his pants. The rest of a day was peaceful, the rest of a week was peaceful. Shakro then thought that he was good to go where he wanted because there was none hunting his head. Shakro then went to Saburtalo neighborhood in Tbilisi, on Pekini street along with his childhood friend. When he stopped the engine of a car and decided to get out, white GAZ-24 pulled over and opened fire at Shakro and his friend. Shakro took cover behind the car and quickly discharged his AKS from the trunk, opening the fire at shooters. He managed to crash gunmen's car. After he got back inside his car he noticed that his childhood friend was dead, shot several times. Shakro then fled from the incident and hid the assault rifle, then called a friend of his asking for a ride back to the house. Police investigation concluded nothing as there was nothing to investigate at the crime scene. After five days, at funeral of Shakro's friend, Shakro found out that the gunman was a brother of thief by law that Lula was talking about. Several days after funeral, Lula arranged a meeting with Shakro again.

-Ika: Karoche, that's fucked up.
-Shakro: I know, we lost a brother.
-Ika: That, and now thief wants to see you.
-Shakro: No fucking problem, I will meet him and put a bullet in his head, that motherfucker.
-Ika: Shut the fuck up, Shakro, you are not going to shoot anyone! Do you fucking get it?
-Shakro: Fuck their mothers, fuck their families and everyone, they assaulted us at Pekini, in front of everyone.
-Ika: And we will talk about it once we sit down with them, but there is no chance to fucking stop that thief, because you also fucking killed someone during the shooting.
-Shakro: I know, but that's still their fault, why are we getting fucked up like that? Where are the rules?!
-Ika: End of story, we will meet them and you got to shake that kid's hand.

FEW DAYS LATER. SIT DOWN OF SHAKRO, IKA "LULA" NATSVLISHVILI, GIA "KHORA" KHORAVA AND NIKA KHORAVA

-Ika: How are you, Khora?
-Gia: Normal my brother, Lula, you?
-Ika: Can't complain, these kids today, huh?
-Gia: What you gonna do? Hotheads.
-Nika: Are we going to speak already, or what?
-Gia: Shut the fuck up before I chop your fucking tongue off.
-Ika: What's wrong with you, boy, you really wanna talk to me like that?
-Nika: I'm sorry, I'm sorry..
-Gia: Izvini, brothers.
-Ika: You know what happened, right?
-Gia: Yea, all of it.
-Ika: You know what I think about it, right?
-Gia: Sure, I know, Lula..
-Ika: Then tell me, is Nika right here?
-Gia: Come on, Lula, did we come here to talk about wrong and right?
-Ika: The fuck did you think? Is your kid packing here?
-Gia: No, he's not, why are you asking me this question?
-Ika: Because I fucking know he is, are you packing kid?

At this moment Nika mumbled something, he then was asked again by Ika and Gia, both being mad. Nika finally confessed that he had a gun, he turned his head down. Gia, being mad hit his brother several times, took a gun from him and handed it to Ika, apologizing to Shakro. Ika then proceeded and asked Gia if he was packing too. Gia, a bit scared denied Ika's statement. Ika the aggressively shouts at Gia "You are not a thief by law anymore, you bitch, fuck!" and discharges bullets into Gia's head and emptied the clip on his body. Nika, Gia's brother fled the scene. Ika and Shakro did the same, they got into the car where Ika stated: "Nobody can ask me why did I do that, he deserved it, nobody has ever come to me with a gun in my entire live".

TSKNETI, GEORGIA, 1996

Shakro was waiting near Tskneti bus station with AKS-U74 under his seat, waiting for Nika Khorava to show up. After the bloody sit down between the thieves, Nika knew he was going to die as well, therefore he decided to flee. It was evening when Nika came out to buy a cigarette in the shop during when Shakro reloading his AKS and opened a fire at brutal motherfucker, shouting at him: "Nika, sheni deda movtyan me! I found you!". Shakro shot Nika ten or fifteen times and escaped, after which he fled to Kakheti, settling in his friend's summer house. However, around in a month his mother died and he attended the funeral, where police showed up and arrested Shakro. Shakro was charged for murder of Nika Khorava, going to prison where he was later taken care of by the thieves and was protected as he was related to Ika "Lula" Natsvlishvili. Everyone there knew what Shakro was capable of and how tough he was.

SHAKRO'S LATER LIFE, 2005-2015

Shakro was released from the prison in 2005 and he already was a goodfella. He went to Italy to start a new page of his life, he was respected and known in Georgia Mafia. Shakro along with his childhood friends started running houses, stores and offices to make profit. In 2009 he was arrested for stealing a perfume and was imprisoned for a year. After his release, Shakro went to Barcelona where he met his friends, travelling around Europe. Later in 2013 and 2014, after European Law Enforcement raids on Georgian mafia hideouts, Shakro and his friends went back to Tbilisi, getting USA VISA with his old connections. He made his way all across the globe to USA and started waiting before his friends arrived.

Shakro Chincharadze's group has explanded in Europe, Russia, Turkey and the other countries, Chincharadze's group still plays a big role in the Caucasian weapon trades in Syria, Turkey, Russia, Bulgaria, Romania, France, Italy, Morocco, Argentina, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dubai, Egypt and almost half of the Europe, Eastern Europe and Asia. Most of Shakro Chincharadze's group members are not allowed to go back to Georgia and are permanently deported from their own country, which makes them operate from the other countries and make business with the other legal faces and the other figures in their own country, this time Chincharadze and his group are operating in west United States of America
