There needs to be a document created regarding faction wars, faction attacks and what counts as a faction attack, cool-down periods, faction turfs.
It's imperative that a ruleset is put in place for factions so there is no confusion when the server is officially open. Factions are the most integral part of any server and need to have crystal clear guidelines to follow when interacting with other factions, etc.
