Make some rules about these.
e.g. Not having any other player apart from the complainee and complainer posts or the person who's appealing.
It's a bit of a muddle when community members spam player reports / ban appeals.

Will definitely be helpful to those handling reports. Had experienced this before and trust me, it was a pain in the ass to see people having back-and-forth discussions.
I'd say:
-Have a word limit for those making a report. I'd say around 200-250 is enough already for them to construct a good report. Would definitely get rid of unnecessary remarks/stories whatsoever. Get straight to the point.
-Restrict anyone from replying to the report UNTIL a handler comes in and asks for their side.
-No back-and-forth discussions, not proving a single thing. Only provide your part when an admin asks so.
-Don't let anyone (friends of the reporting party/reported party) to post if they weren't in that scenario.
-No flaming each other, obviously.

What about freedom of speech, the unnecessary remarks can save you from an admin jail, I wouldn't consider them unnecessary. It's not about right or wrong, it's about what's fair. As for the rest of the ideas, I'm alright with them.

I agree with this apart from the word limit.
I'm not too sure about the second one either. I believe the people involved in the complaint should have a civil discussion as they could potentially work it out.

Do this.

That rule is for the person making the report.

I'm not in anyway saying to copy these word for word. However, these are the rules of a different community that I was briefly apart of and I can vouch that these rules work.
I made a reply in here, who removed it, and why was it removed?

It must have been an admin. What did you say?

If it was removed by a staff member, then I will have to pass on this one. But it was for sure that I taught Buster some manners.
Meh, don't engage in that kind of behaviour, it could be seen as flaming bro.

I felt satisfied with what I wrote and I'm sure it wasn't much of a thing, Curtis. You know I'm not that kind of guy bro.
