Here's the list I suggested (with real-life analogues) for some of the drugs not mentioned with equivalents.
Although I would still almost certainly support just using real life names for drugs, as the newer GTA specifically has an addon where you can cultivate drugs to sell and doesn't shy away from the problems presented. I don't necessarily see the use in using fictional names. Although, so long as the fictional names are decently akin to the real-life name, it should be perfectly fine for use and the drugs should be easily identifiable.
I'm with Bospy for the most part, but I don't like using Spank for anything. I really, really don't like it.
I don't think I can get across exactly how much I don't like these without sounding impolite.
I really hope the people who want names like these and people who don't (like me) will be able to compromise.
I'm in agreement here. From what Damian said, the names would have some resemblance to their real life analogues - having completely fictional drugs is a complete turn-off, especially considering a lot of them from GTA 5 actually peg off of and use real life names for real drugs, especially in the example of toilet cleaner, where it specifically mentions meth.

Sherm - PCP
Molly - Ecstasy
Smack/Dragon/Brown Sugar - Heroin
Snow/Nose Candy/Flake/Processed Spank - Crack
Pure Spank/Pure Candy/Pure Snow - Cocaine
Ice/Uppers/Crank - Methamphetamines

I think maybe my ideal names would be something like this:
Smack - Heroin
Bleach/Acid/Peyote/Some other chemical - LSD/Peyote
In agreement with the posts above. If I'm given zoom-zoom to sell on the corner, I'm probably not going to play. If I find an inmate keistering toilet cleaner in his private areas, I'm probably also not going to play. It's just very hard to extend your disbelief to that point. I can understand using the "fictional" drugs but then it calls into question if we should also be using "fictional" gangs like the Ballas and Grove Street - which, I'm certain, would drive plenty of people away. It'd be much more restrictive than real life, honestly, just on the basis of sticking too close to the games - that restricts everything to a specific canon. It's the difference between putting tons of detail into specific circumstances of roleplay or just writing everything off because it doesn't bend to the rules of canon.

This.
I can understand using analogues for real life drugs, and I can live with it. But if I'm supposed to sell zoombi on the corner, it's going to destroy my immersion.
For people against people that say this sort've thing, immersion is the big difference between two variables - one, a straight up cops and robbers DM server, and two, a straight up too-realistic server with too many restrictions and constraints. There needs to be a balance, and I hope the balance here is that we can settle with realistic nicknames rather than straight up fictional drugs. I don't want either of those things, and I'm sure none of you do, either.
I don't like it. I think it's too unrealistic. I get you wanna make it a silly, whacky Rockstar universe thing, but this is just ridiculous in my eyes. Just my opinion.
My character is not going to be addicted to fuckin Zoom Zooms.

You got it. If the universe is completely GTA based, then the Crips and Bloods won't be allowed and then it'd be Ballas and Grove, basically. It's ridiculous.

Paraliz - Same as Deludamol, painkillers
Xanatol - Much like Xanax IRL
These two lists combined could work better.
I'd be alright with that, but I feel like using just the generic term "Downer" and "Upper" leaves roleplay more open so people can roleplay the pills being whatever they want.
