The $W Latin Kings
The Southwest Latin Kings ($W Latin Kings) was an organized street gang which mainly consisted of the Mexican youth that usually hangs around the Southwest side of San Fierro, hence the name, $W Latin Kings. One of the set's main hideouts was the 24/7 store near the Southwest side of San Fierro. The statistics determined the members were mostly between the ages of 16 to 22 years old. The Latin Kings currently do not have any rivalries nor allies. They are fully independent.
In the middle of the 1950s, several different youth groups got together and formed the $W Latin Kings. They thought due to the nature of the set that it would grow majorly throughout the upcoming years, however, there was a certain point in the group's life where it had completely died, however, the revival happened in the late 90s. You are able to read more about the revival in the next paragraph.
The Latin Kings can be seen in the South West part of LF, usually in packs of four hanging around on the streets doing gang activities such as armed robberies, gun trafficking, weapon trafficking, chop shopping and many others. The group got revived by Alfredo Rodríguez and Diego Morales, both known for taking parts of many crime events. The two males have served time in jail for assault and armed store robbery.

The way of a Latin King.
The Latin Kings are known for their crown. People think that the crown represents that they are the "Kings' but in fact, it represents way more than just the sign of them ruling the streets. The crown has five tips for five different meanings. The first tip represents love, the second tip represents respect, the third one represents honour, the fourth once represents obedience and then the fifth one represents the sacrifice you make for your brothers. Once you broke one of the rules of the set you break all of them. Without love, there is none of these, and the same can be applied for each tip of the crown. Many people died because they didn't follow the rules and played by their own game's rules. Once you follow them you would reach the top of the ranking list and hopefully, everything would be okay. 5 tips, 5 rules. The Latin Kings. |

Early this morning, a white male aged 54 was found dead with numerous gunshot wounds to his chest near the Ocean Flats area in San Fierro. The shootout happened at about five to two during the early hours in the morning. Police are yet to find the criminal. The funeral for the victim will be held this Friday and we would like to send our condolences to the victim's family due to this unfortunate event.
Crime is on the rise in San Fierro and situations like this definitely are not helping. |
