Well from what I've seen so far with factions and so, I've notice that Most of them is gonna over crowd Ocean Flats. Well thats a ICly problem but how about making this area into like a apartment complex with like basketball courts or so? because foster valley is just a company oil place but instead it could be a rich neighborhood or a poor ghetto neighborhood there's endless options you can even make it into a park. So what yall say?
