It should be removed considering the tolls have been moved over.

I'd say leave it, to be honest, leaves a little area for roleplay and possible RP for those who want to stalk out the PD. Also, leaves some memory for what was there in the past.

There are new booths, the one that I pointed out don't serve a purpose.

Besides, you can't enter them or anything. Also, what do you mean it leaves a little area for RP? What benefit are we gaining from it?
