I am confused, I made my username on the UCP Dro1. Will I log in game with Dro1 then it will ask to create my character?

Yes. You will get to create your character in-game.

Well i'm pretty sure you have to create your character on the UCP via applying. But i do know that you have to log in game with your UCP name

As Rehasher mentioned at the yesterday's announcement;

You will need to register an account on the user control panel in order to log in to the server, and have your application accepted

As others have rightly said, You'll need to register an account on the UCP. Then you will verify your account. Then you will take the roleplay quiz and application. You'll wait for your application to be reviewed by a staff member. If it is accepted then you will use your master account name to connect to the server.

It's unlikely that the UCP character creation will be ready for launch therefore you'll create your character in game (as far as I am aware!).
