What do you mean? Can you elaborate please.
I think if you mean the one like in LSRP, I don't think we have that one yet. But I think the community map is really self explanatory since the administrator roles aren't that detailed yet.
If you're talking about a map of San Fierro with custom street names and such, they're all listed under the minimap in game. It's scripted that way.
Do you mean a turf map? Or just a general map of San Fierro?

As he stated, it looks like this - 
The map is San Fierro, Whetstone, Bayside, and Flint County areas. Red/Bone counties are restricted for the time being.

I probably will make an actual map/radar mod that has all of the street names. It will take awhile though so be aware.
