BACKSTORY
The Syndicate was a large and prosperous hitman agency in London, lasting for almost two decades, they lost all their power when their top leaders all died, except for the chairman.
The chairman was the target of the high council, the 3 men under him, they convinced The Syndicate to turn over their boss, and grant the 2nd in command, Jack Wills, the leadership, seeing as Sion Strong -The Chairman - was getting old and probably needed to retire, Sion was approached after a while by Jack with a gun in Jack's hand, Jack threatened Sion to either leave or face the consequences
Sion put 3 clean headshots in Jack's head, then put 2 clean heandshots in EACH of the guards outside, then disguised himself as one of the guards and left the entire place, then contacted his only friend, Ethan Jones, a man who lives in San Fierro who was able to gain Sion's trust
Sion was able to leave everything behind and let everything go and fly to San Fierro without anything under his control
So after arrival, Sion wanted to rebuild what once was a glory of his.

The Chairman
The chairman is the leader of The Syndicate, he manages everything and anything related to The Syndicate, he leads it to where it should be.
The Executive Chief
Also known as the underboss of The Syndicate, he's the 2nd in command and helps The Chairman manage The Syndicate
The Advisor
Also known as the treasurer of The Syndicate, he manages everything that has to do with money, the armory, the HQ, and anything that takes business management skills.
The Mafioso
The Syndicate chosen one, the best assassin in the entire syndicate, he's The Syndicate's private assassin who takes care of busienss-related contracts or personal murders

THE CREW
The Chief of Staff
He's the general manager of operations, he takes everything in control, and reports to the high council directly.
The Executive member
He's the assassin who leads the rest of the assassins on 2man+ operations, he reports to the Chief of Staff
The Member
The ordinary assassin, he works under the executive member and teaches the interns
The Trusted Intern
An intern who's up for promotion, needs to prove themselves to become a member
The Intern
The freshblood of the crew, knows nothing about The Syndicate or it's activities but The Syndicate takes interest in him
The Associate
A person or a group of interest to The Syndicate, knows and understands the activities of The Syndicate and works with them, either issuing constant contracts or cutting business deals
