I agree with the malls that Chris and Faladek mentioned. There are also two Well Stacked Pizza Co joints in SF by default in addition to the other quick service restaurants available. I don't see the need for additional exterior mapping for either (with the exception of benches/tables/etc should that be decided).
Why it has to be like L*RP? Make something unique, plus, it's not necessary. I'm going on SinglePlayer myself to check SF out and suggest hangout spots.

This isn't a certain server that we all know and love.
Like certain people like to mention, we're not copying them and we don't intend to be like them. This shit just makes us look like a clone.
Not surprised at who is against the implementing of a mall -- same old demographic, their reasons are pretty darn batshit too.
Thankfully the administration is on the right track and is welcoming of such suggestions. Obviously, a mall isn't something of high priority, so we can probably do just fine without it initially, but I suppose such infrastructure could and should be implemented eventually. The last public talk about a mall I've participated in was over Discord, and as far as I remember @Erty said he's working on mapping it into this building, correct me if I'm wrong:
I don't know how that project is going. What I know for sure however is that Damian expressed his love for the idea, which is nice, so there's that.
Edit: As for fast-food restaurants and such, San Fierro already has a couple of them.
