Garcia area houses

Add some houses in Garcia, there's open space near Burgershot/that empty construction lot.

Barely any houses within the area, only flats.

I can imagine that Ocean flats will be swamped with factions so they could spread out a little.

If they could remove a bit of the San Francisco style tall houses and make them into little neighborhoods like this, it would be cool to have some ghettos.

This is a super good idea if you could replace those two stories with some one stories!

This doesn't fit the San Fierro Aesthetic at all, what's the problem with doing a gang in an area with flats?

We're working on implementing flats/apartments just north of the Avispa golfing club if anyone is curious.

But yeah, I don't see a reason to be adding homes in that area. It's fine as is.

Changing everything is not a good idea too, even if there is a construction and a free space, sometimes it's better to leave it like that, no need to fill every single gap and make it full as hell. 

True, but I do believe that some neighborhoods need to be adjusted in order to fit the server's needs. San Fierro is industrial and more of a middle-class type of city, if we can change a few neighborhoods into the right environment I believe it would add a unique touch to the server.

Gang are even in nice areas, not all gang areas have run down neighborhoods.. I'm from Chicago IL IRL but on the north side of Chicago they have a gang problem but the neighborhood is really clean but the crimes are just as bad as the run down areas.
