Roof Top Piru
The Roof Top Piru also known as the Krazy P's and High Rollin Hells are predominately
African American Street gang based in the Juniper Hallow neighborhood in Northern
San Fierro. They can be identified by their choice of colors : Burgundy or Black. They
are rather rambunctious street organization whose lower levels of power are mostly
made up of teenagers and young adults while the more powerful figures are usually
much more older and usually incarcerated. They operate on a strict code of disicipline
and silence whenever conducting any thing gang related as to remain off any Gang Unit
lists. Their tricks of trade are mostly illegal gambling and narcotic sales ranging from
marijuana to Xanax and other prescribed medication. The younger members prove to
be much more volatile and impulsive often resorting to gun violence when ever felt
necessary, though many overly explosive members have been known to get "X'ed" or
Executed by other and usually higher members of the gang.
Piru Crips
In 1974, young black men saw a need to form a small clique of hustlers as a way of maintaining money with their individual families.
The singular clique turned into numerous cliques around the cities, all of whom answered to the original leaders,
Vietnam veteran Senior Chief Brad Sullivan and James Proctor, two long time friends who formed the original clique.
The name "Piru" was founded after the street name 2230 E Piru St, Ganton, SA where Sullivan and Proctor resided in.
The also forming Crips street gang, led by Raymond Washington and Stanley Williams, saw the Pirus and originally
planned to recruit when noticing their growing numbers and the territory they held within the city. The alliance was
agreed upon for a short while until it was reported that Crip members mugged and killed a teenager for his leather jacket outside a
movie theater for his leather jacket. Police and eye witnesses say the young man was beaten within an inch of his life and left to die.
The news spread to the Pirus leadership and the alliance was quickly disbanded, which in turn
resulted in the repeated brutalization of Piru members by Crips. They were heavy in numbers, yet
the Crips were far more influential and grew more rapid numbers. A need for expansion was called.
Half of the Piru cliques was relocated to San Fierro to establish new territory and control the drug trade.
The were met by Triads and Vietnamese gangs, aswell other African American groups and Latino gangs.
Proctor however, was able to gain numbers, mostly be leading a flashy lifestyle and influencing high school
teenagers to join the gang.
Death of a Breed
In 1985, then Governor Jacob Wales called for the immediate gang injunction and disassembly of the Pirus
now going by the street name Northside Hallow Pirus. They along with numerous other gangs battled with
random stop and frisks by police and Gang Task Force units, Constant raids, prosecution and extensive sentencing
for felony crimes, especially on previously convicted felons. Around this time, the drug known as "Crack Cocaine" was
introduced to San Fierro and brought crime waves to the lower income neighborhoods, Juniper Hallows being the first
despite it's original sub-urban decorum. By 1986, Juniper Hallows was a poverty stricken neighborhood that was deemed
under penal law code 23-56, a "Section 8" Housing Authority Projects for government assistance program participants.
Northside Pirus took advantage of the new Section 8 laws and crack cocaine to recruit more members and expand their
territory. The Pirus had taken control of the entire Northern half of San Fierro by 1990, collecting tax from many of the
smaller gangs. on June 6th 1990, James Proctor leader of the Pirus, was arrested and charged with Possession with
Intent to Distribute after a STING operation was conducted against him and several other members.

He was eventually convicted and sentenced to 75 years to Life. The absence of Proctor lead to
internal fighting for leadership of the gang, which was seen as a weak point for smaller gangs.
Many sets began to drop their flags, be killed, or eventually be convicted by police. On May 2nd
1994, Due to the San Andreas penal law codes "3 Strikes", the last known OG of Northside Piru,
Adonis "OG Slim" Caine was convicted of Conspiracy to commit murder on a rival Crip member.
Before his sentencing, a phone call was recorded from the San Quentin State Maximum Prison.

Jordan Smith: Peep unc'. I peeps it.
A .Caine: You onna' hood now. You run dis.
Jordan Smith: Word, word. I gotchu' unc'.
A .Caine: You abide by da laws of yo blood, boy?
Jordan Smith: I do, OG Slim.
A .Caine: Do you swear to withhold the 5 Point star and it's meanings?
Jordan Smith: I do, OG Slim.
A .Caine: And you unda'stand, that the only way you must leave is in death?
Jordan Smith: I unda' stand, OG Slim.
A .Caine: By the power of my OGs ahead of me, I deem you OG J-Bird for the Northside Piru set.

Hell High Pirus
The organization was near death when Jordan Smith was made OG. in 1995, the Pirus had lost most of their control
the drug trade and blocks of territory due to rival gangs growing numbers and lack of influence in the youth.
Smith began to take a brash leap of faith in his next move: Complete destruction of his enemies. A staggering rate
of gang related homicides rose in the months to come, 45% were conducted by Piru members. The disorienting attacks
helped gain influence and half of their territory back. Smith also changed the name from Northside Hallow Pirus to High Hell Pirus.
Gang Taskforce was sparked up again but were unprepared for the volatile group of young men this generation of Piru held.
The numbers for Officer deaths in the Northern side of the city skyrocketed from 0.5% to 3.4% in 3 months. The Pirus had
also long since cut their ties to the original Piru set lead by Brad Sullivan in Los Santos along with the entire Blood alliance.
The alliance was mended after Smith arranged a meeting with new leadership of the Los Santos Piru gangs and agreed to terms.
The Hell High Pirus would follow all by-laws of the Blood Alliance, including laws regarding tax collection for the gang and
other alliances with Latino and other Asian gangs. After rejoining the Piru nation officially, their name was changed to
Roof Top Pirus
