[WEAPON] Registration system for PF guns

I hope there isn't any annoying and strict forum work you have to do if you want your character to obtain a legal weapon and they find a way to keep people in-game. Boring forum work is one of the most irritating things on SAMP RP, as well as pointless bureaucracy for the sake of making it seem like you're doing something e.g. "business license applications" and "fire safety inspection certificates", and others that just waste your time, slow you down, force you to do pointless role play, or all three at once.

I'm sure the PD will have this implemented soon enough. Not really a server suggestion in my opinion as this is an IC matter. Should be dealt with ICly.

You can't really cure these PF abuses and expect both sides to survive in the end (both the wielder and the victim), besides preventing them from happening. The only cure to these "infections" is either certain death or prison time. Prevention methods include enforcing stricter gun licensing, less licensed firearm stores, and so on.

Support. I even know how to execute this idea. When player gets gun license, they shoud also get a special unique ID, for example I get PF license and my unique special license ID is 12345. I purchase a firearm and bullets with that license in ammunition, I go and kill another player, you know you can check injuries of the player, once you check injuries, the menu pops up and shows that player took 80 damage with a Deagle, double click on that damage and the unique ID will be shown of the bullet if it has one, illegal gun wouldn't have ID. A cop should copy that ID, in this case this is 12345. They can't MG it, they should RPly take the bullet, examine it and then get the ID, they type the ID in the MDC and they get my name because license with that ID is registered on my name. They find me and detain me, I might be the killer or somebody could steal my gun.

Guns purchased legally will have a serial number and illegally purchased guns will not have a serial number and serial numbers can be checked for the gun owner and etc.

Registered guns sounds good but registered bullets? Nah.... Anyway, anyone wondering about the prices of guns in Ammunation? I mean, they must be cheaper than the street guns and this will convince people to get a PF license so they can buy guns from the ammunations which are much cheaper. In other RP servers, I saw the guns are 2-3 times more expensive than the price of guns from street which is ridiculous because this turns every player into a criminal.
