[BETA TEST] Basic commands (/help, /admins, /report, etc)

Hello.

I tried some of the basic commands and they were lacking! I would like to suggest the following to be added:

/help - This command should provide ALL server commands, excluding the admin, faction commands obviously (Such as, /ticket, /ajail, /ban, etc). This command will help new players as it should provide more commands in /help for example, /anim, /report, /jobhelp, etcetera.

/report - This command should be used to report players only. If such command already exists but with different name, I strongly recommend replace that command with /report as it's more common wording. Simply typing /report should yield a result of "/report ID [Reason]". Of course, if you don't post the ID or the reason, an error should come up.

/admins - This can be helpful. This command should list ALL in-game admins, whether they are on duty or not.

/helpme - This command should be used for whenever a player needs help from a tester/admin. Usually server questions.

That's all for now.

I think they have left out the basic commands such as these for the grand opening. Like, maybe they are not an priority right now and the development team is focusing mainly on some other features, who knows? But don't worry, I am sure they will be there soon.

I'd like to add that /melow and /dolow are also absent and, in my opinion, should be included to prevent metagaming. The commands can also be used to aid us in creating screenshots. Usage: Same as /me and /do commands but they have a lower radius of exposure, meaning people from afar can't see the lines of text in their chat.

/stats - goes without saying. 

The suggested commands are going to be implemented since it is incredibly basic, don't worry!
